19th century Dowler patent brass corkscrew with bone handle and bone ratchet sidearm , 20cm when closed

General wear and knocks commensurate with age. There is heavy wear around the teeth of the ratchet, there is a heavy section of rust around the side handle. Otherwise in good condition.
