Charges for Probate and Insurance valuations are:

1% + VAT of the value.
There is a minimum charge of £150 + vat

A Full professional House Clearance Service can be arranged with all the items sold and the house left clean & tidy ready for sale.

We provide a Full or Part House Clearance Service. Our auctioneer will meet you at the property and advise you regarding the sale of items of value and disposal of non-saleable items.

All items deemed saleable at auction are placed into our regular monthly sale featuring Fine Art, Antiques, Collectables, Jewellery, Coins, Ephemera, Silver, Clocks, Toys, Records, Fashion, Sporting, Quirky and General Items.

All Sales are FULLY catalogued, FULLY illustrated and Live Bidding during the sale is available at easyliveauction.com

All non saleable items and rubbish is recycled or disposed of and the house left clean and tidy ready for sale.
We are licensed by the Environment agency to carry waste products and we will recycle wherever possible
