More Information

The vendor got this item from a House Clearance he did in Richmond Surrey around about 8 years ago.
The black box which housed the letter he told me had more documents which had gone when he went to clear the property.
He also tells me in the house he managed to find another item from Éamon de Valera the American Citizen who escaped being executed due to his nationality.
He tells me he will put this item into our next sale
I do not have access to census records so i was unable to do any research on the letter which is from Granby Place, although it says 'kangaroo court' we know that they where still hold up in the Post Office on that date and i can only assume it means the fact that the British had sent troops to stop the Uprising
